  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or no-shows: Non-refundable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

In case of unexpected weather conditions, road closures, or safety issues, we may offer rescheduling options instead of a refund.

5. Check-In and Stay Policy

To maintain a smooth guest experience, please follow these stay guidelines:

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)

  • Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to prior approval and may involve extra charges.

  • Valid CNIC or passport is required at the time of check-in.

  • Smoking inside the rooms is not allowed (except in designated outdoor areas).
